Spot On: Sigma Beauty F80 Flat Kabuki Brush

Today I noticed that I haven’t done a ‘Spot On’ feature in a while, and I definitely haven’t talked about any makeup tools.  That’s why I’ve decided to talk about my favourite brush of all time, the Sigma Beauty F80 Flat Kabuki brush, a brush that everyone needs.

The F80 brush is a face brush that’s designed to apply cream products, such as foundation, concealer or contour.  I personally use it for my foundation and blending out my contour, as I happily apply my concealer with my fingers. What makes this product perfect for liquids and creams is its kabuki form.  The densely-packed bristles mean that it quickly blends products, leaving you with a flawless and airbrushed finish.

Another great thing about this brush is that the bristles don’t fall out.  I’ve had my oldest one (I actually have two now so I can use one while the other is drying) for at least a year now, and only a couple of bristles have shedded.  The thick handle also means that it is easy to hold, and by default easy to use.

The price for this product isn’t two bad either, with it retailing for £20.50 on Beauty Bay.  For a product that is as long-lasting and successful as that, I don’t think the price is bad.  It also comes with free shipping due to it being over £15.

Overall, I really love the F80 Flat Kabuki brush.  It doesn’t matter if you’re using £5 or £50 foundation, it makes everyone look flawless.  It’s easy to use and doesn’t malt, as well as being moderately priced.  If there was any product, makeup or otherwise, that I had to implore someone to buy, it would definitely be this one.  This is 100% Emma endorsed!
